  • Any South African / Europe / USA & Australia chain store cancellations or overruns are accepted as long as it passes the quality control check. (In order to assure the quality of each item, Haibo Trading has a quality control team in China to check if each item would pass their standards.)

  • Send an email specifying the details of the stock style:

– Front & back cad / photo

– Size breakdown per colorway

– Your selling price for each item

 

  • Haibo will confirm the price and quantity upon receipt of the photos and the info listed above.

 

  • Haibo will then request a sample to be sent in each colorway for the designs and styles that they are interested in purchasing. You can send them to Haibo Trading, 213 Mathews Meyiwa Road, Morningside, Durban, South Africa 4001.

 

  • Upon receipt of the sample, Haibo Trading will confirm the order in writing. Style, units, and price agreed upon along with the Haibo order number.

 

  • Once the order copy is received, the supplier must send a full packing list per style, as the example provided.

 

  • The items will be quality audited in a warehouse prior to shipping. Ensure that the quality is of an acceptable standard and that enough time is allowed for a Quality Control check prior to shipping.
